Memorial day weekend!

What is your quintessential summertime weekend?

Mine goes a little something like this:

-family.friends-

Festivals/fairs..

{lots of fair food, walking tacos, corndogs, lemon shake ups, funnel cakes.}

Rides.

Swimming. Cookouts. Parade.

Campfires-smores of course.

Photoshoots. Visiting. Relaxing.

Picking strawberries. Wagon rides/walks.

Yes this is my quintessential weekend, and recollection of our weekend past.

Spent honoring our soldiers and fallen heroes, eating way too much, laughing really hard, getting much too little sleep, and living and loving it up!

I heart you summer.

...and an added bonus, we did all of this while managing to keep the house somewhat in order, laundry kept up, and grocery shopping done! I feel so accomplished to have done all this in one weekend, a great start to summer!
