I am having myself a celebratory glass of wine!
I got a new job!!!!
I couldn't be happier, I went in for interviews early last week, didn't hear a thing for days and was convinced that I didn't get it...until yesterday!
I was offered the job this am and start March 8th!
The job you ask?...Accounting Department (accounts receivable more specifically) at a local business!!!
This is one of the biggest companies that I've ever worked for, especially in this kind of position and I couldn't be more excited!
PT to start and in about 3 months FT. The really good thing is that we'll have that transition period and also that it's Monday through Friday! I am sad that I won't be home with the babes as much but I feel blessed that I got to spend so much time home with Wyatt and almost all of Emmersyn's first year! My mainest (yes I think I made this word up, but I like it !) concern is making a good life for my family, and working it is these days with the economy! It'll be a good thing I think! It's not going to be bad having a job title I can feel proud of!
Now is the challenge of childcare, I am really nervous but luckily I have a couple of weeks to decide!
I will definitely be posting when I start to let ya'll know how it went!
