Hello! It's been a while! Well, today was our 30 week appointment with what could be our last ultrasound! We got some great new pictures of Wyatt's little sister. He was very interested, (although I think the highlight of the trip was running around in the waiting room.) Anyway our little girl is right on schedule weighing in at 3 lbs 6 oz! She's about 16 inches long and she has hair! You could see the fuzz around her little head! So all the heartburn is for good reason! So now is the name game, as it has been for all these months with major struggle! We'll get there though.
Adam got the news last night that officially May 1st he'll be laid off until the economy picks back up which is no help as an indication of when he'll go back. He can get unemployment benefits for up to 17 months with the cobra insurance. Good thing about unions - keeps our insurance for 3+ months, depending on how long he's been there it may be longer... plus Bridgestone has to give him subpay checks which amount to 80% of his wages with unemployment. So we are very lucky. However May 1st, less than 8 weeks from the baby being born and my maternity leave, kinda puts a damper on things as we both won't be working, mine without pay of course. BUT, we're going to make the best of it and enjoy the time. He would have had to take FMLA leave for the baby being born (unpaid) but now he'll be there and get paid. So we're a lot better off than some when you look at it! We'll keep everyone posted as to what's going on with that though.
I got 20 hours this week so that was a day more than usual although I must admit, it's starting to kick my butt majorly, I'm slowing down quite a bit! Hanging in there though, getting huge!
That's all for now!
Take Care
